Editorial policy

Specific, useful, and independently written.

Our catalog is researched from the public web, then rebuilt around the decisions couples actually need to make.

Source discovery

We use broad search and an allowlisted collection process. We respect robots directives, site access rules, rate limits, authentication, and paywalls. Successful source fetches receive a metadata-only research receipt; source prose is not stored in the project.

Original editorial value

Published text must add execution detail, constraints, variations, safety context, and a point of view. Copying, stitching multiple passages, or close paraphrasing a single source is prohibited.

AI assistance

AI may help organize notes, flag duplication, draft structured fields, or prepare an image brief. It cannot be the source of an Idea: every published record needs accessible web research, an independent constraint edit, a unique review ID, and automated checks against repeated template language.

Images

Images are either generated for this project or sourced under a documented free license. We record the intended placement, prompt or source, alt text, and approval status.

Corrections and removal

We correct inaccurate constraints and remove material when a credible rights, safety, or sourcing concern is raised. Send correction or rights requests to hello@date-night-ideas.com.
